- Eligibility for Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are available only for customers located in India.
- Return Window: You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Inspection: All returned products are subject to quality testing and inspection.

- Initiate Return: Email us at support@skyleforyou.com to start the return process. If you received the product as a gift, please ask the original purchaser to initiate the return.
- Response: We will respond to your email with further instructions and request necessary details.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, we will arrange for a delivery service to pick up the product from the original shipping address. This service is complimentary.
- Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email once we receive the product.
- Inspection: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of our decision within 2 working days.
- Refund: If approved, we will process your refund within 3 working days. If not, we will ship the product back to you.
- International Orders
